On 2 February 2006, the Chairman of Eiffage signed the Diversity Charter, whose principles are fully reflected in the way the company operates. The Group’s employees represent more than 100 nationalities, and, in the words of Eiffage’s Charter of Values, “social and cultural diversity are the rule on our sites”.
For Eiffage, diversity means:
A variety of ethnic and social origins.
Employees from all age groups and an intergenerational balance.
Gender equality at work.
Vocational integration for disabled persons.
Action to prevent all forms of discrimination.
To ensure that these principles are properly applied, a “Diversity and equal opportunity” action plan has been developed at Group level and rolled out in each of the divisions.
